Students must not misuse the website, course content, or communication tools. Activities such as plagiarism, unauthorized sharing, data scraping, or unethical use of AI-generated materials are strictly prohibited.

All learning materials, videos, projects, graphics, AI content, and resources provided by Chardho Aspire Institute are protected by copyright. Students may use them for personal learning only and must not distribute, copy, or commercialize them without written permission.

6. AI Tools & Project Work

Projects and assignments created using AI tools under the Institute’s guidance remain co-owned by Chardho Aspire Institute for academic and promotional purposes. Proper credit will be given for individual contributions.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during enrollment and platform usage will be used solely for educational and administrative purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Code of Conduct

All students and faculty members are expected to:

• Maintain professional and respectful communication.

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or unethical practices.

• Adhere to deadlines, class attendance, and academic honesty policies.

Failure to comply may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the Institute.

9. Certificates & Job Assistance

Certificates are issued upon successful course completion and fulfillment of evaluation criteria. Job assistance or placement support is provided as a facilitation service, not a guarantee of employment.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Institute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, online systems, or third-party integrations.
